PAD System Report
 The PAD System Report is based on the Patience and Discipline (PAD) stock-selection and long-term timing system documented in Seiver's book Outsmarting Wall Street (Probus/McGraw-Hill).  For the 15-year period 1989-2004, the Hulbert Financial Digest reports that our Model Portfolio-C outperformed the Wilshire 5000 on a risk-adjusted basis. The report also includes expert commentary on the economy and economic policy, and their long-term effects on the stock market.   
Seiver has a PhD in economics from Yale and is Professor of Economics (emeritus) at Miami University (Ohio).  In 2005-06, he will be a Visiting Professor of Economics and Finance at San Diego State University  and University of San Diego.
