SOS stands for "Stock Optimizing Selector", which is the name of our software program that analyzes a database of 1602 incorporation dates of companies traded on the New York Stock Exchange. This database is growing, and will include companies traded on other exchanges over time. We can define various geocosmic factors, and the SOS program will search our database and provide a list of those companies that fulfill these criteria. For instance, if we want to know which stocks will be undergoing a specific geocosmic signature (transiting aspect to a natal placement) during a specific period of time, SOS will provide a list of those stocks. Furthermore it will then allow us to get a "hit list" of all the geocosmic signatures that these companies will be under during that or any other period of time.

This market letter will report which stocks are undergoing significant transits (geocosmic signatures) in the near future. It will furthermore analyze the chart patterns and individual cycles (in time) of both individual stocks, and in particular various stock indices such as the Dow Jones Industrial Average, the NASDAQ Composite, and the XAU, to determine which stocks might be most prone to the reversal suggested by the geocosmic signatures.

Each issue will include detailed description of long-term cycles for all of these indices, plus a special section on intermediate and short-term cycles. It will describe where we are in each cycle, the trend of the current phase, the pattern of each cycle that is unfolding, and what to expect next. There will also be a special section on both long-term and short-term geocosmic cycles in effect, and how we expect these to impact the current and future direction of stock indices.

For further explanation on market cycles terminology used in this letter, we refer you to the book titled: Merriman on Market Cycles: The Basics. For further understanding of the geocosmic terms used in this letter, please read Basic Principles of Geocosmic Studies Related To Financial Market Timing. Both books are by myself, Raymond Merriman, and are available at very reasonable prices through MMA.
